It`s way better now. But first, here`s why people like them better than regular garden hoses: they`re easy. They weigh almost nothing, so no more hauling around heavy lengths of hose. They don`t kink or twist, so no more annoying knots and no more fights with hoses that want to twist the wrong way.
It reduces wear and tear on the materials and prevents the hose from suddenly becoming pressurized. If your hose is not in use, make sure to drain the water out of it. Don`t leave it connected to the hose fitting on your garden spigot and full of water.
Hoses can be stored outside as long as you make sure to drain all of the water from the hose. Hoses can be drained easily by running them over a tall place where gravity forces water to exit the hose. This ensures that the hose won`t split when any residual water freezes.

Tiller will not stay running
ANSWER : The first thing I would check is the vent in the gas cap. If the vent gets blocked with dirt, a vacuum is formed in the gas tank; and gas will not get to the carburetor. There should be a tiny hole in the middle of the cap. Run a pin or needle down this hole and make sure it is not blocked.
There also could be a gas filter in the fuel line somewhere. This filter could be stopped up.
