A Message From Just Beginnings Flowers
We regret to inform you that Just Beginnings Flowers is suspending business until further notice. We are examining the sustainability of the business model for the flower shop and for the school.
We appreciate your support over the past four years - it has made a difference in the lives of the 39 graduates from our School of Floral Design. We are proud that the majority of graduates are employed or have established their own floral business.
During this transition period we will be exploring new partnerships and we will keep you informed of any future developments.
Once again, thank you.

Vancouver 2010
Just Beginnings Flowers and Margitta’s Flowers of North Vancouver worked together to produce the victory ceremony bouquets for the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Vancouver in February and March 2010.
These bouquets were designed by our lead designer June Strandberg. June’s former students, who have overcome significant barriers, worked with her to create a bouquet for each medal-winning athlete. They watched the medal ceremonies proudly and knew that they had a hand in creating the beautiful bouquets that were seen around the world. We also had the chance to tell our stories as we were profiled by many news organizations during the games.
